Year 7 Boys

The year 7 boys had an unlucky event, competing well against all teams they came up against but not managing to get a result. They battled hard at every chance and were narrowly defeated on a number of occasions in games that could have gone either way. To their credit, they never dropped their heads and always competed in the right spirit.

Year 8 Boys
This squad had a successful tournament, finishing 4th in their competition. For a team that was made up of a number of students that had never played the game of touch rugby before they were open to coaching and picked up the game plan and strategies of the sport quickly. As the day progressed, they showed improvement from game to game, particularly on the defensive side of the ball. The boys are to be commended for their efforts and approach to the tournament.

Year 8 Girls
Our Year 8 Girls team kept persevering and also placed 4th overall after some hard competition.

Year 7 Girls
The Year 7 Girls played very well to come 2nd equal in the pool play and they just missed out on the semi-final by points difference.
