Learning Conferences are taking place over Weeks 8-9 this term. As many event dates have changed due to COVID-19 we have had to stagger learning conferences this term.

These conferences are an opportunity for students, parents and teachers to come together to discuss the learning at this point in the year. It is an ideal time for discussions about next steps for NCEA success for Year 11-13 students especially. Details about how to book for these learning conferences can be found below.

Years 1&2 - during Weeks 8 and 9 

Year 1 and 2 teachers will contact parents to book a time for their child’s learning conferences.

All other learning conferences can be booked through parentinterviews.co.nz Please enter your child's correct code to make a booking. All bookings open on Monday, 31 August at 9am.

Years 3&4 - during Week 8
These will take place with the Homeroom teacher in Pūtara.

These will take place with the Homeroom teacher in Whetū Kaupō.

These will take place with the Homeroom teacher in Puaka.

These will take place with the subject teachers in the Old library and various rooms. The rooms will be confirmed closer to the time.

On Monday of Week 9, the Term 3 Achievement profile for Years 9 and 10 students will be emailed to their parents/caregivers. 

Years 11 to 13 students - a reminder that NCEA achievement and progress can be viewed live at any time via the Edge app or the web portal parent.musac.school.nz  When accessing the web portal please login using the email you have given the school. Once in, click on your student's name, then the NCEA progress tab.
