Introducing the our construction team: Brosnan

The Project Team

With the commencement of the redevelopment project Stage 1 Brosnan construction will have a full-time site team consisting of:

Joss Lightfoot – Project Manager
Teara Henry – Site Manager

As Site Manager, Teara is responsible for all site construction activity and brings with him over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He is well known for his ability to address challenges and is always pursuing quality and high health and safety standards.

Outside work, you will find Teara on sports fields around North Canterbury with his children, or coaching others in many sports. He is still an active participant himself playing both rugby and Aussie Rules.

As Project Manager, Joss is responsible for the overall Project Management, and communication with the Client, the School community, Consultants, and the broader sub-contractor base. Joss brings with her 24 years of Construction management experience over a wide range of projects within the health, education, correction, and state housing sectors.

Joss is an Oxford local, having resided here for 12 years, and along with Teara, and our non-site-based support, of Construction Manager, Kevin McGowan, and Quantity Surveyor Toby Hammond, we look forward to constructing and delivering a quality project to the Community.
