CASAFest is only 4 and a half weeks away!! We still need plenty of people to billet students and assist with sports.

BILLETS:

The event is held over three days at the end of this Term: Tuesday 7 - Thursday 9 April 2020 

We will require billets for the visiting students - approximately 200 of them.

Hosts will only need to provide breakfast (Wednesday/Thursday) and dinner on Wednesday as all other meals are provided at school.

Visiting students will provide their own sleeping bag.

You do not have to have a student involved with CASAFest or one in the Secondary school.

If you are able to assist with hosting the students, can you please register by emailing mary@oxford.school.nz by 13 March. 

Let her know the number you can take, preference for boys, girls, a mix etc, and if you can cater for special dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian).

HELPERS:

You will not be required for all three days, only during the session which is around 2 - 3 hours.

We are looking for people to assist with refereeing/umpiring the following sports.

Netball

Football

Basketball

Volleyball

Teeball
