Y1-10 parents received an Educa message via email about Health and Consent forms last week. This information was due Tuesday 24th November.

For your child to participate in Activity Days you must complete the online Health and Consent form. The form has been set up so you only have to complete it once for each child, which should take 5-10 minutes. This information is important to ensure Activity Days are an enjoyable learning experience for all.
