Billets, helpers, pumpkins and products for Welcome Packs are required!!

CASAfest is a cultural and sporting exchange that will involve over 240 Years 9 -13 students from Canterbury Area Schools.

The event is held over three days at the end of Term 1: Wednesday 14 - Friday 16 April 2021.

We will require billets for the visiting students - approximately 200 of them.

Hosts will only need to provide breakfast (Thursday/Friday) and dinner on Thursday as all other meals are provided at school.

Visiting students will provide their own sleeping bag. We may be able to assist with stretchers and air beds to accommodate extra students.

We are looking for people to assist with refereeing/umpiring or help with the following sports: Touch, Netball, Football, Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Ki o Rahi, Teeball, Squash

Pumpkins - if you have surplus pumpkins that you would be willing to donate, can you please leave these at the school office. They will be made into soup for a CASAfest lunch.
