Trampolining is one of the best activities for improving fine motor skills like balance, agility and coordination. It aids in building physical strength, flexibility and power and it’s so much FUN! Learn how to bounce SAFELY with correct techniques with Mega Airs newest addition to Term time fun! Our classes move at a fast pace and are complemented with relevant fun games, all whilst learning how to stay safe on a trampoline!
This course will cover the basics of trampolining including straight jumps, pike positions, tuck positions, straddle positions and backdrops along with many others!The classes will also help develop your child's spacial awareness and control. Stomach drops, how to stop safely and upper body and neck control.

Intermediate Course
The Intermediate course is for those who can already master a front somersault.

Advance routines, parkour and eventually working towards a back somersault.

Classes are of small size and are held weekly. Any lesson not held due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances will be rolled over and held the following week.
