These will be held on Wednesday the 3rd of March.

On Wednesday, 3rd March Years 1-3 will be holding a Meet the Teacher Evening. Parents of students in this area can come in and find out about classroom programmes and meet the teachers from 5.30-6.00pm or 6.00pm-6.30pm in the Team Discover area. No booking needs to be made to attend. 

On the same day Years 4-13 will be holding Goal Setting Conferences. These conferences will be held at school from 11.20 am-8.00 pm for Years 4-8 and 8 am to 8 pm for Years 9-13.

Years 4-6 conferences will take place in Putara and Whetū Kaupō.
Years 7-8 conferences will take place in the Old Library.
Years 9-13 conferences will take place in the following rooms:

All Years 4-13 goal setting conferences will be twenty minutes in length. 

It is vital that everyone is on time. If you do need more time then you will need to make an appointment with the classroom teacher for another time. If you are late your conference may be shorter to allow other bookings to run to schedule.

Attendance:

Classes for Years 1-3 will run as usual.

Classes for Years 4-8 will run as usual with the support of qualified relief teachers who will be employed to free classroom teachers up for these meetings from 11.20 am.

There will be no classes for Year 9-13 students on 3rd March. Students should only be at school during their goal setting conference.

Bookings -

The booking website will open Monday, 22nd February at 9:00 am, and will close Monday, 1st March  at 3:00 pm.

Go to parentinterviews.co.nz and enter the relevant event code

                                LJEYLSW7 and click Go

1. Enter your name, email address and the names of the students you wish to make bookings for.

2. Select the teachers you'd like to book by ticking the checkbox beside their name, and then click the Book Interviews button at the bottom of the page.

3. Using the timetable, click the Book button beside the time slot you'd like to book for the teacher. You'll be asked to confirm your booking.

4. Continue until you've booked for all your Years 4-13 children.

Once you're finished, you can view your timetable by clicking My Interviews at the top of the page. You can also print a PDF timetable to take to your interviews.

Before your interviews, you'll receive an email reminder containing your timetable. If you need to cancel any interviews, you can do so by following the link in the email you received when you first signed up.
