Term 2, reporting to Whānau Y1-13

Oxford Area School —

At Oxford Area School we use a variety of ways to report student achievement and progress.

This includes learning conferences, learning journal posts via Educa, Learning progressions Y1-8 via Educa and Progress and Achievement / Academic Profiles for Y7-10.

For parents of Years 1-6 students a reminder that we use live reporting via Educa -  teachers share exactly what your child can do at the time they can do it. They will be updating the reading, writing and mathematics progressions as the students are achieving each small step.

For parents of Years 7-10 students you will receive your child's Academic Profile detailing progress and achievement via email on Friday 8th July after school. Note for Year 7-8 students, the Achievement Profiles will be for all their subjects other than reading, writing and mathematics. Achievement in these learning areas will be via Educa learning progressions live reporting.

For parents of Year 11-13 students a reminder that NCEA achievement and progress can be viewed live at any time via the Edge app or the web portal. When accessing the web portal please log in using the email you have given the school. Once in, click on your student's name, then the NCEA progress tab.
