In our Year 12 Adventure Based Management class we did some work on taking up opportunities available in our local community, this is part of the grow together aspect of our school vision.

In a local newspaper a few weeks ago the Rangiora Rotary Club advertised scholarship opportunities for students to attend either an Outward Bound course or a Spirit of Adventure trip, either partially or fully funded. Students were encouraged to complete an application form and submit it for consideration.

As part of shining together in our school vision it is very pleasing to announce that Ashley Riley has successfully gained some partial funding towards a future Mind, Body and Soul Outward Bound course.
