Years 4–6 Camp at Woodend Christian Camp
This term our Years 4–6 students spent three days and two nights at Woodend Christian Camp, and what an incredible experience it was!
From the moment we arrived, there was a buzz of excitement as the students prepared for an action-packed programme of activities, fun, and friendship.
Each day was filled with exciting rotations that gave everyone the chance to try new things and challenge themselves. Highlights included testing their aim at archery and air rifles, racing around the track on go-karts, scaling the climbing wall, navigating the course in disc golf, and soaring through the air on the zipline.
In their downtime, students made the most of the camp facilities, enjoying friendly competitions in gaga dodgeball, rounds of mini golf, fast-paced games of beach volleyball, and plenty of fun on the trampolines.
Evenings brought more opportunities to connect and laugh together. After dinner, the students played an exciting game of spotlight around the campgrounds and came together for a lively quiz night, testing both teamwork and brainpower.
A big thank you goes to our staff and parent helpers for making this camp possible, and to our students for showing such enthusiasm, teamwork, and courage in giving everything a go.
The memories made at Woodend Christian Camp — from the adventures to the laughter — will be remembered for years to come.
