PNGHS Senior Water Polo team travelled to Auckland to compete in the NISS Water Polo Championships.

Day 1 saw them win against St Cuthbert’s B 10-6 and a loss to Epsom Girls Grammar 6-10. Friday was a long day with a win against Auckland Diocesan, a close, hard fought match against St Kentigan’s resulting in a 4-3 loss and a loss against Rangitoto College.

Starting Saturday in the top 8 saw an exciting match against Carmel College resulting in a 9-9 draw and a loss to Auckland Diocesan.

In the play off for 7th and 8th the team had a fantastic game beating Carmel College 12-8 finishing the tournament in 7th place - an awesome result, congratulations!
