On Friday 27 May the L3PED and L3PEH classes travelled to Camp Wainui in Wellington to take part in the Secondary School Tough Guy Tough Gal Challenge.

This is the toughest course in New Zealand and provides a challenging environment within native bush. The course included water trails, barbed wire obstacles, tunnels, swamp crossings and a hill that was never ending! The challenge took the participants outside of their comfort zones and required determination and resilience and was a difficult course both physically and mentally. 

Congratulations to all the participants who can now say that they have completed the most difficult course in New Zealand.
