We have recently emailed out log-in details for the parent portal on our student management system, KAMAR.

You will be able to access the following information on the portal:

• Student details information

• Attendance (for the previous week)

• Timetable

• Daily school notices

• Current year’s results - this is where students and parents can access this real time reporting. Teachers will be posting progress reports as we go through the year. This is the only way we show written reports now so it is vital that students and parents are checking it.

• Previous year’s results

• NCEA summary (if applicable)

• Financial summary

• Groups - a list of groups, teams, committees 

A list of assessments to be completed in each subject will be shown on the portal in mid March. Assessments will show as ‘topic be assessed’ until the results are published to the portal. This will happen once the marking and moderation processes have been completed. When results are published on the portal parents/whānau will be notified by email.

Changes of Details and Medical Information

If you have changed your address, phone number or email address you can request to change through the portal or contact the main office. If your daughter has had a change in medical circumstances please contact the main office to update our records.
