Recently, we had four students enter the regional Showquest Toi Wearable Arts at The Regent theatre.

The students have been working on their concepts and garment creations over the last term and a half. Congratulations to Mikaela Murphy and Charlotte Donaldson (Yr 9) and Meg Chisholm and Layla Duker (Yr 10) on participating in this event and showing great commitment to complete your entries. 

Meg and Layla were awarded the Best Story-Telling for their garment 'True Colours. ''This entry was inspired by nature. Both Meg and Layla's Mums are florists so flowers have an important meaning to both of us. We took inspiration from Layla's Nanny's memorial garden she has for Layla's Mum. This piece is really special to us both.'
