Showquest TOI Wearable Arts Competition

PNGHS —

From the beginning of the year, we have had a dedicated group of students who have been working on designing and creating wearable arts to enter into the regional Showquest TOI Wearable Arts competition.

This is an extra-curricular activity and they have worked in their own time to create wearable works of art, mostly from recycled and repurposed materials. PNGHS had 12 entries, each with its own story to tell. All of the students did an AMAZING job and worked so hard to bring their ideas to life. The Manawatū regional competition, held at The Regent, had a whopping 80 entries in the TOI Wearable Arts section (the biggest in the country) giving the judges a hugely challenging job.

Congratulations to the following PNGHS students who received an award and a huge congratulations to everyone else for showcasing your creativity and talent on the stage.
