Five players from PNGHS had an early Friday morning start that took them to the Hutt Valley to compete in the National Secondary Schools Squash Tournament.

The team consisted of Isla Sweeney, Tahlia Kean, Kiara Kean, Claudia Westrupp and Piper Bennett. The team started out as 10th seed and finished in 8th place which is a fantastic result for the girls.

Special mention to Claudia Westrupp who received the 'Good Sport Award'. At the end of each round teams vote for an opposing player who showed great sportsmanship. This is the 2nd year a PNGHS player has received this award with Tahlia Kean receiving it last year.
