Two of our incredibly talented musicians have recently secured their positions in the prestigious 2024 NZSO National Youth Orchestra (NYO)! Congratulations to violinists Hae Won Kim (Year 12) and Angela Fang (Year 13).

The NYO plays a vital role in providing unique opportunities for the country’s most gifted young orchestral performers, paving the way for successful careers as orchestral players, soloists, chamber musicians, and teachers.

They will spend a week in Wellington rehearsing with NZSO players and will perform concerts in Wellington and here in Palmerston North on Saturday 6 July 2024 7:30pm. Tickets are $12.50 and can be purchased online:
