This year we had three Year 9 students, Crystal Wang, Baoyan Zhu and Feifei Yu, compete in the Aotearoa New Zealand Spelling Bee.

Students have to learn a list of 100 words and then are tested on 25 of them, along with 25 new words. Special congratulations must go to Crystal who qualified for the Lower North Island semi-finals in September. Good luck, Crystal!
