New Zealand Gymnastics Championships

Rebecca Golding competed in the Manawatu/Whanganui team that competed at the New Zealand Gymnastics Championships at Trusts Arena, Auckland in the second week of the Term 2 School Holidays.
Team members each had to qualify for the event through the normal gymnastics season – Feb-June 2021.
Rebecca competed all four apparatuses at STEP 6 - vault, bar, beam, floor. The team came 7th out of 11 (at one point they were third but there was less than one mark separating rank 3-7). Rebecca contributed to the team score and gained some great personal best results for floor and beam.
