Papamoa College has fielded its first girl's secondary school rugby teams with a U15's and U18's team entered into the play in the Baywide Secondary School Girls Development 10s. Students have been training hard and are really enjoying the challenge of learning how to play a new sport as individuals and as a team. 

The team faced a very strong Tauranga Girls' College first up and there have been a lot of very sore bodies this week. The team has one more home game this Monday 3 August at 3:30 pm vs Te Wharekura O Mauao then we are away to Opotiki and Rotorua Girls' the following weeks.
