During Term Three students, year 9 and above, are participating in Mates and Dates, a Healthy Relationships program, as part of our school curriculum.

Mates and Dates is about helping young people to have happy and healthy relationships. The program aims to teach young people:

• what makes a relationship healthy or unhealthy
• about relationships based on respect, negotiation and consent 
• how to change behaviour
• how to seek help
• how to safely intervene when they need to
