12 college students represented Western Bay of Plenty at the inaugural Toi Ohomai Youth Development Cup during the Term 2 school holidays on Thursday 22 July and Friday 23 July.

The students selected were:

Under 16 Girls: Jorja Cooper Y10 & Ariella Midwood Y12

Under 16 Boys: Kash Keenan Y11, Kobi Anderson Y12 & Cole Pompey Y11

Under 18 Boys: Joseph Ah-Siu Y12, Brendon Alesana Y13, Rajvir Garcha Y12, Markus Mostert Y12, Spence Elliott Y12 & Abhibinder Singh Y13

Western Bay of Plenty came first in the U16 Boys, U18 Girls, and U18 Boys. Well done by all!

From this Jorja Cooper & Joseph Ah-Siu were picked for the events' tournament teams with Joseph also selected to trial for the 2021 Chiefs U18 team.
