Mrs Karla Spicer - Acting Deputy Principal

I am very excited to be taking up the role of Acting Deputy Principal for the next two terms. I have been a Lower Middle School teacher at Papamoa College for over 9 years, and the Leader of Puke Learning Community for the past 5 years.
I am passionate about our school and community. I think we are blessed to live in such an incredible environment and have this wonderful backdrop for teaching and learning.
As an educator, I love supporting students to explore their areas of interest and help them thrive and develop a strong sense of identity.
I love the outdoors and going on adventures with my family. I look forward to working closely with our Lower Middle School whanau in the terms ahead.
