Awa Learning Commons Year 10 students had an amazing day out at Pilot Bay on Thursday 9 March.

The students rose to the challenge with Waka races and Gladiator Stand-Up-Paddle board competitions. 

We were all able to take away some local māori knowledge of our maunga, surrounding motu and moana.

We were very proud with how they represented our kura, especially the hearty school haka that they performed as thanks to our providers.
