Hi, my name is Abby and I’m one of your Deputy Head Students for 2019. I have been a student at Papamoa College since year 7 and I am very excited to be able to give back to the school for all the opportunities it has offered me over my time here. I have been able to watch this school grow and, along with my fellow head students, am working on ways to make our school work together and get everyone involved!

One project I am very excited about is the wellness club. Along with fellow Deputy Head Student, Gabi, we are working to encourage students to focus on both their mental and physical fitness as these are very important aspects of student lives, especially when entering the senior school. I am also a member of the enviro-council, ball committee and Leo’s club. 

I can’t wait to see what this year has to offer and I’m looking forwards to working with my fellow Head Students to bring everyone some exciting projects.
