Congratulations to Year 8 student, Sehajnoor Singh, who recently placed first in the Bay Of Plenty Chess Championships. This earned him a spot to compete at the Chess Power ONLINE Champions Trophy held on Sunday 22 October.
Chess Power ONLINE Champions Trophy is an invitation-only event for qualifying individuals, aimed at finding the best junior chess players in New Zealand!
During the tournament, Sehajnoor engaged in nine intense chess games, impressively winning seven matches and securing fourth place in the intermediate boys' category.
