My role as a Senior School Staff Leader is to work closely with our Year 11 Students to ensure they receive the support they need in their transition from Middle to Senior school. This support may take many forms including pastoral, guidance, mentoring, positive reinforcement and academic achievement.

I am also the Careers Teacher responsible for facilitating career and pathway programmes for students from Y9 - 13.
