A massive shout out to James Ferns Y9, who has won the LEAD ROLE as PETER PAN!!!! in the Tauranga Musical Theatre's upcoming production of Peter Pan.

 James is a born performer and part of the Performing Arts Pathway Class this year. He performed in last years' High School Musical production and is also playing the Dormouse in our production of Alice in Wonderland!

James joined the TMT youth group just before lockdown and worked hard on his audition. He had to sing, act and dance to win the coveted role!

James credits Performing Arts Teacher Miss Proudlock for her encouragement to audition for the school productions and is grateful to Mrs Jan Beets who helped him a lot with his singing.

We are all very proud of his efforts :)
