NZ Schools Pride Week ran from Monday 12 June to Friday 16 June. To celebrate and bring awareness to issues faced by our LGBTQIA+ community at school, our Rainbow students organised some fun activities throughout the week.

Activities included a Pride Week History Quiz with a Free Pizza Lunch for the winning whānau class. A Scavenger Hunt to find pride flags around the school was on all week, and on Thursday there was Face Painting during lunchtime. Our Friday Mufti Day also gave students a chance to express their identities with plenty of colour and some karaoke singing.
