Our School Cross Country event will be held on Wednesday 11 May. This is a compulsory event for all students, as it is important for our students to embrace challenges and add to the pride and culture of our school.

Programme of Events:

Block 1 - Upper Middle School (UMS - Years 9-10) students - 3km course 

Block 2 & 3 - Lower Middle School (UMS - Years 7-8) students - 3km course 

Block 4 - Senior School (SS - Years 11-13) students - 4km course 

Student Instructions For the Day:

• This is a compulsory school-wide event – yes you will be running!!
• If you are running for a place dress appropriately – PE gear would be ideal
• Once your race is called please make your way to the start line.
• Your aim is to finish the course
• When running keep the flag markers to your LEFT
• When you finish please line in your age group lanes e.g. LMS Girls. 
• The first 6 runners in each age group will receive a time
• All students must stay in the post-race seating area for the certificate presentation at the end of the race
• You will be released at the end of the block
