Take your training to the next level

Papamoa College PE & Sport in conjunction with The Athlete Factory, are offering the chance for your child to be a part of a group of committed young athletes that want to take their training to the next level.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to be coached by strength & conditioning specialists from the Athlete Factory for 9 sessions during Term 4. Each group will be capped by the first 30 applications. 

The 1 hour sessions will focus on developing fundamental movement skills, strength, power, agility, speed, and endurance. To ensure the training environment develops both physical and mental well-being, key psychological factors are incorporated into the sessions. 

The cost for each student is $55 for the full term.

Year 7 & 8 group – Wednesday 7.30am – 8.30am

Year 9 & 10 group – Friday 7.30am – 8.30am

If your child is interested, they can collect a consent form from the PE/Sports Office and return along with payment by Monday 24 September 2018
