Hey there! My name is Cam Scott - I'm a year 13 student at Papamoa College, and one of four head students for 2022!

I've been at Papamoa College since year 7, and have been involved with many clubs and initiatives over the years, like leading the Gay-Straight Alliance and participating in school productions. 

It's been a privilege to watch the school grow and develop in the time I've been here, and I'm incredibly grateful to be leading the way this year!

My main goal for 2022 is to improve communications between staff and students. At the moment, events often go untalked about and are missed by a lot of the student body, so this year I aim to improve the way news of events and special happenings at school is delivered. 

I also want to continue working with my club (the GSA) to create a safe, inclusive environment for all students. My belief is that a connected school is a happy school and that we all deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I hope you're all as excited for 2022 as I am, and I wish you all the best!
