Learning Support Coordinator - Mr Hosea Taani

Mr Hosea Taani - Learning Support Coordinator —

Mālō e lelei, Kia ora koutou, my name is Hosea Taani and I am the Learning Support Coordinator for Pāpāmoa College.

My father is of Tongan descent (Uiha, Ha’apai, Tonga) and my mother is of Māori descent (Ngati Awa, Te Teko, Bay of Plenty). Before returning to the Bay last year I was living and teaching in Auckland, England and South Korea.

I have worked in a learning support role for the last 10 years, working alongside a number of learning and behaviour support agencies. My passion for inclusive education and boys learning has lead me to work alongside a number of community-based Māori and Pacific agencies and sport organisations.

I spend my free time with my wife and three children exploring the Bay while finding the time to train and compete in powerlifting events.

Ngā mihi nui
