Our Year 7 & 8 students had a fantastic time at Lakes Ranch Camp in Rotorua. In weeks 5-7 of Term 1 Year 8 students Ari Rod and Georgia Goninon wrote about their experience below.

At the LMS camp there were a total of ten activities based on water and land. The top three activities were the Waterslide, Paddle boarding and kayaking and lastly Bivvy building. The camp was three days of pure fun, excitement and adventure.
The food for the three days was better than I had expected. On the first night we were served spaghetti bolognese. Some people went ohhh spaghetti bolognese but the majority went YES dinner. I am so hungry I can’t wait.
To finish off our camp we had to complete a mud run through the lake, however it was more of a water run. But the best was hearing all of the chilling screams of the children on the gyrosphere. 
We would like to take a moment to say a massive thank you to the parent helpers, teachers, and staff. Our camp wouldn't have gone ahead without you volunteering your time to support every child that came to the most memorable LMS camp ever!
