During term 2 and 3, a group of 40 year 7 & 8 students have been rehearsing for the production ‘How Charming’. This amazing musical has been written by local writers Marlise Hughs and Matthew Roderick and will be performed on Thursday 25 October 2018.

On Tuesday 25 September we had a fantastic group of eight Year 7 and 8 students represent our school at the WBOP Bluelight PCT Challenge at the QEII centre.

During Aims Games a group of 11 students from Papamoa College participated in the 2018 Aims Games Green Team. We were part of a group of 41 students from different schools around Tauranga

The Kapahaka and Tama Tu, Tama Ora groups went on a hikoi up Te Rae o Pāpāmoa. We were joined by a local Kaumatua, Colin Reeder Nga Potiki and Whareoteriri Rahiri Waitaha to share their historical knowledge of the area.

Our students performed in the Tauranga Schools Music Festival on Friday 7 September at Baycourt. The theme was 'It's About Time'.

The annual Rugby By the Beach tournament was hosted by Papamoa College was a huge success. 12 teams from across the country descended on Papamoa for the 3-day tournament. The weather was outstanding for most of the week which saw some spectacular rugby played.

One of the Future Focus class members Jazz Grindley-Rice Y11 has performed her self starring, composed and directed production called "Witch is the main character".

On Friday 19 October we are holding our annual Community Blood Drive Appeal.
