Papanui High School may be known for its welcoming environment and strong academic programmes—but there’s even more to celebrate about our diverse and dynamic school community!

Did you know that we’re Football (Soccer) Champions, Tennis Champions Athletics Champions and Kapa Haka Champions? That our Concert Band is a Gold Medalist? Or that we have four students in the National Secondary Schools' Symphony Orchestra,? Or that our students are performing on the world stage in Cycling, Badminton, and Superbike Racing?

We’re also incredibly proud of our national achievements in the arts—award-winning work in Visual Art, Dance, and Culinary Arts are just some of the areas where our students shine.
