Two 2024 Year 13 students, Nao Tsuchida and Mackenzie Keech’s sculpture folios have been selected to tour the country in the National Top Art Exhibition in 2025.

Their folios will be showcased at the Christchurch City Art Gallery from Wednesday 2nd April until 16th April.

Top Art is an annual touring exhibition featuring a selection of NCEA Level 3 portfolios that achieved Excellence in Visual Arts in the previous year.

Five streams are covered: design, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture.

Top Art gives secondary students and teachers an opportunity to see what's required to achieve Excellence at Level 3. It also allows members of the public to see the high-quality art created in schools.
