Learners Driver Tests: Having a driver's licence is one of the most important steps you can take for your future. Look at these opportunities below and get started now.
For the first time we are offering you the opportunity to sit your driving theory test (leaners) here at school.
Term 1: March 26
Term 2: May 13, 14
Term 3: August 4, 5
AA Defensive Driving Courses (reduce the wait time on your restricted licence)
We are delighted to be able to offer the very popular Defensive Driving Courses again here at school. We will be offering this course over the school holidays as follows:
Term 1: April 15, 17, 22 and 24
Term 2: June 30, July, 2, 4 and 7
Term 3: September 22, 24, 26, 29
If you are interested in booking a place, please come and see us in the Careers Office Thursdays 1:00 -3:00 or any time Fridays.

The NZ Army Officer Training Programme: To help you learn more, the NZ Army is hosting an online webinar and Q&A session with recent officer graduates on: Wednesday, 26 February 2025 7:00 PM.The selection process, training, scholarships and career pathways will be discussed. Interested Year 12 and 13 students should register at the link below

The Elaine P. Snowden Astronomy School is a programme for students who are Year 13 in 2025 interested in studying Astronomy or Physics at university. Applications close Feb 28th.
Transport Careers Expo: where the transport industry will be on full display. Saturday, 8th March at the Canterbury Agricultural Park. This is New Zealand's largest transport industry show - a fun-filled day out, and an amazing opportunity to learn about the endless possibilities in transport.
