Wise-up is an 8 session life skills programme for 8-10 year olds. We look at how to recognise feelings and emotions, and explore new and different ways of dealing with these. Children also learn about themselves, what makes them special and build confidence while focusing on their strengths

Programme Details: In Term 2, 2021 we are holding a community group in Papanui on Tuesdays, starting 4th May, which runs from 3.45-4.45pm for 8 weeks.

Cost: At present we are grateful to have funding for this Wise-Up programme, so there is no cost to whanau.

For information & enrolments contact: Rowena at Christchurch Methodist Mission.
