Wednesday 15 May - PPS will be holding our Fun Run Challenge and our competitive Cross Country event. Bring a picnic lunch and some of your whānau for a great day out.

Our Fun Run is a great way for our students to set challenges for themselves, gain sponsorship and push themselves on the day to complete the run. The Fun Run is traditionally one lap of our school grounds and will include some fun challenges for students to enjoy along the way. We invite whānau to join their children on their lap so get ready for some training. Our students have started. Your child/ren will have bought home the sponsorship form this week.

Our Cross Country is the long distance of 2000 metres and is a chance for some of our Y5 and Y6 students to represent PPS at our local Zones event.

The race times are approximately as follows:

• 12pm - Year 5 & 6

• 12.15pm - Year 3 & 4

• 12.30pm - Year 1 & 2

• 12.45pm - School Fun Run

• Lunch at 1pm
