Schools operate under Alert Level 3 to help parents who are Essential Workers and NEED supervision of their children’s learning because they are required to work.

As with all schools throughout New Zealand, Papanui Primary will not have the staffing capacity or learning space to be able to fulfil Covid-19 health and safety requirements for large numbers of students - we can operate with up to 40 children. Also we are required to operate under a very strict health and safety regime to minimise risk to children and staff.
