Welcome back to Term 4. It's a busy time of the year - both at school and in general. We have done an early newsletter so you can keep up to date with upcoming school events.

We will still be operating at Alert Level 2 so remind yourself of the requirements in the Back to School article.

Remember:

• Sun hats in Term 4 must be worn
• Year 5 & 6 Camp is on Monday 18 October ... fingers crossed for good weather
• Teacher Only Day - Thursday 11 November (just before Show Day public holiday meaning a 4 day weekend)

Over the term break I was lucky to be able to spend some time with my newest grandson Ben, who is 8 months old now.  My Auckland mokopuna are still out of bounds so we have to make do with video calls.

I also used the term break to get my second vaccine jab, for me and for my family who have been doing it tough in Auckland.
