Y4-6 children can opt into Kapa Haka. It is very popular and builds a sense of belonging and mana.

We have two dedicated and knowledgeable tutors who lead our kapa haka group every Thursday afternoon. Children opt in to this programme and it is always very popular. Our children develop great mana when they learn and perform together in this group. Lessons consist of waiata, rakau, poi, actions, tikanga, history, pūrākau (stories) and self development.
