Parkview 4 vs Marshlands 6

Our second match was a tough game against our local rivals Marshlands. We played extremely well in the first half matching the older Marshland side and coming away all drawn up at halftime. The highlight of the half was our goalkeeper, Iversin Robson showed some fantastic sportsmanship and honesty – by advising the referee that Marshland had scored a goal when no one on the field or side-line could really tell if it was in fact a goal – Well done Iversin!!!

The second half we were dominated by the Marshland team as we went away from our passing game,  But the team put full effort in to the end to close the gap.  Was a good team effort in what was a very cold day. We had some great performances with special mentions to Arlo Sharratt, Isaac Cooper, Samuel Clements and player of the day to Calum Shaw.
