We have had a great few weeks of school which has made it very difficult for the Kotuku teachers to choose the weekly award winners!

Over the past 3 weeks Kotuku have participated in team building activities as of way of getting to know all of the 80 students in the pārua.

Online registrations are now open for both Netball & Football for the 2019 season.

The Pukeko Pārua has been spending time getting to know each other and our new spaces. The new learning space in Room's 14 and 15 is working really well with the children and teachers enjoying the collaboration.

As the school year is in full swing we’ve noticed some very tired 5 and 6 year olds in the afternoon.

The registration day for Shirley Rugby League is on Sunday 24th February from 11am to 1pm, to be held at our grounds located at 33 Briggs Road.

The report by the Tomorrow’s Schools Independent Taskforce Our Schooling Futures: Stronger Together\Whiria Ngā Kura Tūātinitini was released in December 2018. The Independent Taskforce is now very keen to receive feedback from as many people as possible to help complete their final recommendations.
