In the junior classes at Parkview School the students use iPads to help with their learning.

All the junior classes have iPads to help with learning. The students quite enjoy using the iPads for learning as it makes it easy to receive work and to actually do it. The iPads will keep being useful for their learning for a long time.

Here are some ways the classes use iPads,

1. Reading/Listening to stories as part of the Daily Five routine and Explain Everything activities

2. Kahoot

3. Explain Everything for follow up activities during Reading and Maths in the afternoon.

4. We use the app Explain Everything to practice our letters.

5. To do a follow up activity on the book we’ve read.

6. Storyline Online to listen to reading.

7. Recording ourselves reading.

8. Research for some reading groups as independent activity

9. Research and presentation for some reading groups.
