Keep up to date on what is happening in the classroom via student blogs & Google Drive.

As many of you are aware students from Year 5 up in our school use Google as a platform for learning.  One of the fantastic benefits of this is the ability for you as whānau to see at home what your child is doing in class.  This is as easy as having them log in at home on any device that has internet access.  We strongly recommend this as it helps to reinforce the learning taking place and gives the students a sense of pride in what they are achieving. 

Another way that you can keep up to date on learning is via our student blogs.  Each student from Year 5 up has or will have very soon, their own blog which they regularly post about their learning. Attached is a poster showing you as whānau how to follow these blogs getting updates on post etc.  We really appreciate Positive, Helpful, Thoughtful comments on these posts.  This helps the student once again with taking pride in their learning and motivating them to continue achieving to a high standard.
