Wow! What an incredible day!

First of all a big thank you to all that donated a gold coin - we raised about $400 which will make a great difference to the Piwakawaka team! It was great to see such a big turn out of children who had made such a fantastic effort with their costumes! Throughout the day some teams held a parade to show off our costumes and there was lots of fun to be had across the school.

For the Piwakawaka team we have had a fairy-tale inspired week where we have learnt about all different kinds of fairy-tales. We have written our own fairy-tales, magic potions and retold some fairy-tales and we have done lots of challenges and art inspired by fairy-tales.
