Our school works with SchoolDocs to create a website to maintain, update, and review our policies and procedures. These are tailored to our school, and the school supplies specific information, such as our charter.

SchoolDocs updates, modifies, or creates policies in response to changes in legislation or Ministry guidelines, significant events, and reviews/requests from schools.

As part of our school community, we welcome you to provide feedback on any or all of the following policies which are up for review in Term 1:

• Visitors
• School Closure
• Disaster Management: Earthquakes
• Covid 19 Information and Procedures: Covid 19 Red

To complete a review, follow these steps:

1. Visit the website https://parkview.schooldocs.co.nz
2. Enter the username (parkview) and password (chadbury).
3. Click 'Current Review' on the green tab at the top.
4. Scroll down to the relevant policy.
5. Read the policy.
6. Click the red 'Under Review' button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
7. Select the reviewer type.
8. Enter your name (optional).
9. Submit your ratings and comments.
